Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do these cotton filter bags clean the water?
A: They use thick, dense unbleached cotton layers to physically trap rust particles, pipeline sediment, sand, and heavy micro-debris before the water leaves your tap.
Q: Will these bags stop my faucet from splashing?
A: Yes, the heavy-density cotton acts as a natural buffer that softens the water flow, turning messy high-pressure splashes into a gentle, direct stream.
Q: What size faucets do these bags fit?
A: They feature an elastic cuff designed to perfectly fit and seal on standard utility, kitchen, and bathroom faucets with diameters under 1 inch.
Q: How often should I replace each disposable bag?
A: For optimal filtration and flow, we recommend replacing the bag every 1-2 weeks, or sooner if you notice it turning brown from trapping pipe sediment.
Q: Are the fastening straps reusable?
A: Yes. The included fastening straps are fully adjustable and reusable; you only need to discard and replace the disposable cotton filter bag.
